Warranty
Diago India warrants to the original purchaser of Diago
products whose name appears on the product warranty card, that each Diago
product shall be free from any manufacturing defects or any defects in
workmanship for a period of seven (7) years from the date of purchase
mentioned on the product warranty card and the invoice issued at the time of
purchase. Aerators, spindles, cartridges carry a warranty of 2 years. Petty
items like O-rings, rubber seal, washers, screws, plastic parts etc. are
fragile in nature, thus damages caused to such items are not covered in
warranty.
On receiving notice of such defects during the warranty period, the decision
to either repair or replace the product remains with Diago India. If the
defected part is repairable then the purchaser will be provided with a new
part by the authorized retailer/dealer through whom the purchase was made.
If the defect is beyond repair then a new piece will be provided by the
authorized retailer in exchange of the defected product. In any of these
cases, Diago India is not liable to get the repair/replacement done on site.
This warranty does not apply on damages due to usage of fluids other than
water. In any case which is beyond control and unable to repair or replace
the item due to discontinuation, the purchaser shall be entitled to get
exchange with other model of the similar purchase price. The warranty period
will expire automatically even if the product has not been fully used or
installed during the warranty period for any reason whatsoever. Although
internal quality standards protect Diago against unacceptable quality
problems, it is still possible that a minor imperfection or surface blemish
is spotted due to any random reason. All final decisions of quality remain
exclusively in the discretion of Diago India. All warranty conditions and
terms are subject to change without prior notice.
